Where Viennese tradition is at home

For centuries, coffee houses have been the unofficial hubs of Viennese society. This is where politicians meet journalists, actors meet theatre directors, authors write their books and others play chess or read a newspaper.
Coffee houses are places of relaxation, of reflection and of idleness, they are a living tradition entirely devoted to indulgence and Viennese hospitality.

At Café Schwarzenberg, Vienna's foremost café at Ringstraße, these values and traditions are still preserved. Here you can relax and have a chat while enjoying traditional coffee specialties, fine pastries and delightful Viennese delicacies.

The culinary offerings are complemented by cultural events such as private viewings, concerts and readings. Guests also have a wide choice of international newspapers.

Café Schwarzenberg always has been and always will be a prime example of Viennese coffee house tradition.
